A one-time calculation of the your target macros based on your current age, current weight, current body fat percentage, and goal (lose fat, recomp, or gain muscle).

You'll receive an Excel workbook with tabs that contain you target macros for rest days, light days, medium days, and hard days.

If your goal is to lose or gain more than 5 pounds you'll need to adjust after 4-6 weeks of consistently hitting the target macros. A single re-calculation and a set or three recalculations are also available.
